1. Shipping Destinations We offer shipping to anywhere in the United States of America.

We regret to inform you that:

THCA products cannot be shipped to certain jurisdictions where their possession or importation is prohibited. Please note that this list is subject to change as laws evolve. As of the latest review, the following states are commonly cited as having restrictions or bans that disallow shipment or possession of THCA products: Arkansas, Idaho, Minnesota, Oregon, Rhode Island, Vermont, and Tennessee (effective 2026 in some cases).

Delta‑8 products cannot be shipped to (banned or explicitly restricted):
Alaska, Arizona, Arkansas, Colorado, Delaware, Idaho, Iowa, Massachusetts, Mississippi, Montana, Nevada, New York, North Dakota, Oregon, Rhode Island, Utah, Vermont, Washington, West Virginia

Delta‑9 THC products cannot be shipped to (where Delta‑9 THC is illegal or restricted under state law): Idaho, Iowa, Kansas, North Dakota, Oregon (for some product types / under stricter regulation), Washington (for certain converted or synthetic THC forms), Alaska (for ingestible hemp Delta‑9, depending on state regulation), Delaware (under some interpretations of state law).

2. Processing Time Orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

3. Shipping Methods and Rates We offer the following shipping options:

  • Standard Shipping: 4-7 days 
  • Expedited Shipping: 1-3 days

Shipping rates are calculated based on the weight of the package, the shipping method selected, and the destination. Shipping costs will be displayed at checkout. All orders over $35 have free shipping. 

4. Delivery Times Delivery times are estimates and can vary based on factors such as the shipping carrier, weather conditions, and holiday periods. Please allow additional time for remote or rural areas.

5. Tracking Your Order Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and a link to track your shipment.
